18 Hands Gallery
Sunday, March 29th, 2009The 18 Hands Gallery in the Heights has a fantastic collection of clay and ceramic works. 18 Hands Gallery was created with the goal of bringing together the unique work of many fine clay artists in an accessible and inviting way. 
In addition to the work of its founding principals, the gallery represents the work of many other area artists. The gallery has monthly exhibitions, feature shows by well-known or emerging guest artists, as well as ceramic artists’ lectures and workshops.
The next 18 Hands Gallery show is called “Clay Across Texas Series: San Antonio.” The show features work of San Antonio artisans Stewart Martin, Linda Nowell, and Susan Raine. It also includes new work by the 18 Hands Gallery Artists. The opening is April 4, 2009, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The show runs from April 4 to April 25.
